At all times, life is a choice. We choose each and every day what we put in and ultimately, what we get out of it. How true it is Shawn that we, as a people, have no one to blame on our day to day than ourselves. Once this reality is accepted, then the shift begins and people can then begin to dial themselves in towards fitness and life success.

Great post brotha...

I don't think I've ever connected the dots of exhaustion with gratitude or the sense of self care = nutrition. I usually start the morning strong but fall on my face in the afternoon. I bet if I added the 5 mins of gratitude in the p.m. I'd recharge.

Thanks Shawn, as always you bring great things into my life.
